Explore the historic centre after dusk and enjoy the traditional songs of a tuna, a local university group of musicians, with this night tour of Guanajuato with music.
Night Tour of Guanajuato with Music
We'll meet at 8:30 pm at the statue of the tuna, located in front of the Teatro Juárez. From there we'll set off on our night tour of Guanajuato while enjoying live music by a group of tunos, a musical group from the university.
The tour will take us through the Plaza de los Angeles and some of the most emblematic alleys of the historic centre, such as the Callejón del Beso, a narrow passageway where we'll discover the love story between Carmen and Don Carlos.
We'll walk through seven of the town's 3600 alleys while listening to serenades and lively songs related to university and student life. You won't be able to resist dancing and singing along!
We'll then visit some traditional cantinas and trendy bars to get a taste of Guanajuato's vibrant nightlife while musicians play traditional songs such as Maria la portuguesa and La Cucaracha. But that's not all, throughout the tour we'll also enjoy drinking tequila from a ceramic porrón - cheers!
At 10 pm, we'll end the night tour of Guanajuato back at the starting point. If you wish, you can continue enjoying the nightlife in Guanajuato night on your own.
