Tour Details
Ready to explore the wonders of Hanoi? Our friendly guide will pick you up from your hotel in the Hoan Kiem district to start an unforgettable journey.
First, we’ll visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest in Hanoi, located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. Dating back to the 6th century, this peaceful site is filled with history and charm.
Next, we’ll head to the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you can see the embalmed body of Ho Chi Minh in the mausoleum. You’ll also have the chance to walk through the gardens and visit the two houses where this iconic leader lived and worked.
Our tour continues at the One Pillar Pagoda, a unique 11th-century structure dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy. From there, we’ll make our way to the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to explore the diverse cultures of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups.
Then, we'll take a break to enjoy a delicious lunch featuring eight traditional Vietnamese dishes, a perfect way to immerse yourself in the country’s culinary heritage.
In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, founded in the 11th century. Finally, we’ll conclude the day with a visit to Hoa Lo Prison Museum, also known as the “Hanoi Hilton,” where you’ll learn about its significant role during the French colonial period and the Vietnam War.
Finally, after a total of eight to eight and a half hours of exploring, you'll return to your hotel with a deeper appreciation of Hanoi's rich history and culture.
