La excursión a Viñales es imprescindible si viajas a La Habana y más aún si contratas a Eduardo como guía. Nos hizo el viaje muy ameno, nos contó muchas cosas de la sociedad cubana y del país en general y nos resolvió con inmensa amabilidad todas las dudas que le preguntábamos (no pocas). Se nota de lejos su enorme experiencia en esta ruta y cómo todo el mundo lo conoce y lo ayuda. Una persona encantadora que marcó nuestras vacaciones. El conductor Ernesto fue el mejor guía que se puede tener,cordial educado y servicial.La excursión a caballo muy mala experiencia Aunque se paga allí está prevista en el itinerario aún así no había caballos, esperamos media hora hasta que trajeron unos.Nos llevaron por unos caminos totalmente intransitables con más de metro y medio de barro.uno de nuestros caballos se cayó y mi marido experto jinete tuvo muchos problemas Mi hija de 12 años termino llena de arañazos y todos llenos de barro.

La cueva del indio, la presentáis como algo maravilloso, y la verdad, fue una decepción, y encima se acabó el gasoil y tuvo que dejar un conductor 5 litros para que pudiéramos entrar dentro. En fin, yo no la recomendaría. La comida en el paladar de viñales, demasiado cara para lo que te sirven, y encima las bebidas van aparte, ese dato lo tendrais que apuntar en vuestra página de civitatis, porque luego te llevas sorpresas cuaje vas a pagar. Y para acabar, en el regreso se rompió el coche

EXCELENTE. Nos vino a buscar un coche privado, su conductor Daniel un encanto, nos llevó a Viñaes y allí nos trataron fenomenal, montamos a caballo, paramos a comer a un sitio típico, de vuelta nos llevó a u mirador, todo muy bien. Se hace largo el viaje porque es mucho rato de trayecto pero con un poco de música, vale la pena hacerlo. Viñales es PRECIOSO. Y es totalmente naturaleza. Y con un conductor con el nuestro se hace más ameno.

La experiencia como tal estuvo muy bien, el servicio muy bien, la ruta estuvo perfecta, el tiempo de la excursión estuvo muy bien. El conductor nos regaló alguna que otra cosa.
