Unlimited public transport

The Innsbruck Card includes unlimited travel on the city's buses and trams, and use of any of the cable cars and funicular railways, throughout the period of validity of the card.

How does it work?

The Innsbruck Card is valid from the time of first use for the next 24, 48 or 72 hours depending which option has been purchased. If a 48-hour card is activated at 7:30 am on a Tuesday, it will be valid until 7:30 am on the Thursday. The sightseeing pass allows free access to all included monuments and places of interest.


Collect your card from the Innsbruck Information office, located at 3 Burggraben. The office is open between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Saturday, and from 10 am to 4:30 pm on Sundays and public holidays (10 am to 3 pm on Sundays and holidays from 1 October to 1 December).

You can also pick up your card from the Innsbruck Information office at the train station (Südtiroler Platz, 7). This office is open Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm in October and November, 8 am to 4:40 pm between December and June, and 9 am to 1 pm between July and September.
