A unique experience. Well-organized amidst the chaos. The staff were incredibly friendly. Restaurants in the area need to improve their customer service, especially considering the number of people working. But the boat company itself gets a 10/10.
Everything was well organized and punctual. The boat was in good condition and comfortable. The only downside is that booking through Civitatis made the price much higher. Other companies charge 20-25 euros.
The activity was fantastic. Excellent organization and service. They were in constant contact to ensure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended. The boat trip was beautiful, and the Shala River is stunning.
