The museum focuses more on the history of the holocaust, especially everything that happened in Krakow and the Jews who lived there, more than on the story of Schindlers. Anyway, it is a great museum and we all recommend it. Our guide Matt did a really good job.

Worth the visit. A friendly tour guide took us around the building, explaining the history of Poland, the war, the holocaust, and also covering Oskar Schindler's life. I would recommend getting a tour guide, as there is some pieces from history, news articles etc, in Polish and there is not an English or other language translation, so the tour guides translate it for you and answer any questions that you have.

This tour totally exceeded our expectations. Rather than simply focused on Schindler, it covered Nazi occupation of Krakow and Poland; our guide, Max was utterly superb, his knowledge of European history was far reaching and he was brilliant at explaining the context of what went on in WW2. Max was passionate, intelligent and a fabulous communicator, making the events of WW2 meaningful. He also explained the role Schindler played and kept our teenage boys transfixed throughout. Thank you Max.

That tour and guide exceeded my expectations.A true history narrative that held my interest from beginning to end. The only part was the confusion that the ticket only covered the tour guide and not the ticket into the Museum. That was an additional 24 -26 Zloty .

Paul was excellent. Only issue is there were supposed to be 15 on the tour. Some free loaders joined (not the guides fault and hard to prevent) pushing us paying customers to the back so at times could not hear or see what was being referred to. But overall a good experience and a very nice guide.

Jerry is a brilliant guide, very knowledgeable, informative and educational. He made history come alive, putting forward a constructive and informed perspective on Polish/Krakow history and its invasion by the Nazi's, along with Oskar Schindlers involvement as a Nazi Party member and the factory's owner and its impact on his workforce, ultimately saving over 2000 Jews from extermination. A brilliant tour, with an excellent guide.

Anya the guide arrived on time and following a short wait for all to arrive, proceeded to guide us through the museum describing the artifacts and items in each room we entered with enthusiasm making us feel she really enjoyed her work, always ready and willing to answer question in perfect English. If I have any complaints (And that would be rather harsh) it was the rush around the museum, tours are timed, and reentry is not allowed once back at the starting point.

It was very understanding , she told if she had the experience made herself very empetising One of the latst of here words i even pinkt a tear . WHILE OUR GUIDE WAS GREAT, I FEEL AN HOUR AND A HALF TO COVER THIS TOUR WAS AN HOUR AND A HALF TOO SHORT. IT'S A FANTASTIC MUSEUM & TABLEAUS THE HISTORY OF KRAKOW BEAUTIFULLY. THERE'S A LOT TO SEE AND TAKE IN. BUT THIS TOUR WAS NOT ABOUT OSCAR SCHINDLER. IT'S MORE ABOUT THE HISTORY OF KRAKOW, IT SHOULD BE CALLED 'A HISTORY OF KRAKOW TOUR' INSTEAD OF A SCHINDLER'S FACTORY TOUR. AND WE NEED TO BE GIVEN MORE TIME TO SOAK IN THE MUSEUM, NOT FEEL RUSHED THROUGH THE JOURNEY.

The guide was very informative but there were too many of us in the group so it was often difficult to see what she was referring to as we progressed through the museum. It would be better to charge more but reduce the group to a maximum of 15 for a better customer experience

Damian was a good guide, as he explained, the museum was a history of nazi occupation and not all about schindlar. We were disappointed not to see the actual factory as it was sold as oskar schindlars factory guided tour. Anyhow, it was interesting.

Although the guide did a good job, the narrow spaces available and the size of the group meant an insanely overpriced rushed viewing of the museum. 100% would NOT recommend at 35€ per person.

The tour was very good but far too rushed and very cramped at times. It would have been good if we’d have had time to read and take in the information that was displayed in addition to hearing the information from the tour guide.

The guides do their best to not exceed the advertised length of the activity, doing it in all of its parts and providing all the necessary explanations. However, we are sorry if the pace of the tour was too fast. We have already taken note of your comments in order to continue improving.
