Would you like to discover the beautiful islands of the Gulf of Fonseca? Come on this boat trip and discover incredible landscapes.
We'll meet at 9:15 am at 5A Avenida Norte. Then we'll board a comfortable bus that will take us to the port of La Unión to take a boat to sail the waters of the Gulf of Fonseca.
We'll start this trip sailing towards Meanguera Island. On the way we'll be able to see some places of great importance such as Punta Chiquirín or Conchaguita Island. When we arrive at our destination, we'll take a pleasant 25-minute walk around the island and get to know the lifestyle of the locals.
While enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Gulf of Fonseca, we'll set course for our next stop: Zacatillo Island. You'll have two and a half hours of free time to explore the area, enjoy its beaches and have lunch in one of its restaurants. Did you know that the cuisine of this island is based on seafood?
Then we'll get back on the boat and head back to the municipal dock of La Unión. Once there, we'll take you back to the starting point, where we'll arrive at approximately 4 pm.
