I found the hotel pick-up schedule to be incorrect; they scheduled it for 7:30 am, we left on time and arrived at the port at 8:10 am, but the speedboat left at 9:00 am, and we waited for 50 minutes. The tour itself was pleasant, the meeting of the rivers was very interesting, the lunch was very tasty, and the highlight was the visit to an indigenous tribe.

The tour is offered in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The guide spoke 80% Portuguese and 20% English, so I didn't understand much of what he explained about the places we visited. I didn't like how they treated the dolphins; they forced them to let people touch them. Everything else was fine, and the food was good.

Desta vez, me decepcionei bastante. Decepcionante.

I generally really enjoy the tours organized by Civitatis. This time, I was quite disappointed. We were a group of over 40 from various different tour companies. At this point, I don't even know who was contracted by Civitatis. The interaction with the dolphins was terrible: more than ten people in the water, shouting, we had no prior guidance on what not to do or what to expect. I felt very bad for the animals. The rest of the tour was also chaotic the entire time. Disappointing.

I booked a tour in Spanish, but they only spoke Portuguese. They agreed to pick us up at 8:00 a.m., but they arrived 40 minutes late. We arrived at the pier, everything in Portuguese, and we didn't understand any of the explanations. The dolphin sighting was massive, so many people and little time. They divided us into groups, and the last group didn't get on. When we arrived at the pier, the driver arrived 30 minutes late, so we had to take a taxi. When I explained this to the agency on WhatsApp, they left me on read from that morning.
