La actividad estupenda y muy interesante y chula, el paseo muy bonito. Comentar que la ubicación que indicaba Civitatis no era la correcta, te llevaba a la Noria al lado del Hard Rock café y no era allí, tuvimos que dar un montón de vueltas para arriba y para abajo hasta que encontramos de dónde salía el barco y les pasó a más gente

El tour y el personal del tour perfecto, pero en la app civitatis venia una hora (15.00 que fue la que contratamos) y alli no habia esa opcion y nos reubicaron una hora mas tarde, se nos hizo muy justo despues seguir nuestro viaje pues ibamos directos para el aeropuerto

Nave su due piani, nel piano di sopra una signora al microfono racconta le ville ma il problema è che il tutto è abbinato ad una musica reggaeton a tutto volume che non solo rende difficile l'ascolto del racconto ma sembra di essere in discoteca e dopo un pò rende il tutto molto esagerato per chi si aspetta un giro tranquillo ed interessante. El guía muy bien, ameno y divertido! Sin embargo hacen unas “rifas” dentro del tour donde te dicen que ganaste unas vacaciones todo pago, pero luego tienes que pagar $40 para ir a reclamar a sus oficinas tu premio! Es muy incómodo y además le quitan a uno tiempo de paseo! No me gusto para nada esa actividad, muy intrusiva!

Explicaciones no demasiado completas,mucho rato sin explicaciones y pocos detalles.Embarcaron pasajeros con evidentes signos de embriaguez a los que se les permitió seguir bebiendo la bebida con la que subieron al barco y a los que hubo que llamar la atención por fumar.Muchos pasajeros sin máscara o con ella bajada y ninguna llamada de atención al respecto por parte de nadie del barco para cumplir la normativa.Hemos hecho otros tours con Civitatis en otros países y este no está a la altura.
