Pasta and Tiramisù Workshop
At the agreed time, we'll meet on Via Giovanni Battista Sammartini in Milan to begin this pasta and tiramisù workshop. Ready to put on your aprons?
The experience starts with an introduction to traditional pasta-making techniques. We'll learn how to mix, knead, and roll the dough to shape classic varieties such as tagliatelle and ravioli, and prepare two seasonal sauces using fresh, local ingredients.
After the pasta, we'll dive into the world of Italian desserts with a tiramisù class. What's the secret to achieving the perfect texture? We'll find out!
At the end of the workshop, we'll sit down to enjoy everything we've made, accompanied by 2 glasses of Italian wine.
Pizza and Gelato Workshop
If you've ever dreamed of making an authentic Italian pizza, this is the workshop for you! We'll meet on Via Giovanni Battista Sammartini, where we'll learn to make a perfect pizza from dough to oven, and round off the experience by making our own homemade gelato.
Guided by a professional pizza maker, we'll discover the art of kneading and stretching dough and preparing a classic tomato sauce. You'll then get to customise your pizza with a selection of toppings and bake it to a perfectly crispy finish.
While the pizza is in the oven, we'll switch roles and become gelato makers, mixing the ingredients for the creamiest result possible.
We'll finish by tasting the freshly baked pizza and homemade gelato with a drink. And the experience doesn't end there: you'll take home a digital recipe booklet so you can keep recreating these flavours at home. Buon appetito!
