Discover the stories, fables and legends hidden behind the walls of the mad king's palace, which inspired Walt Disney himself.
Leaving Munich at 8:30 am, the tour heads to the south of Bavaria, arriving at the stunning feet of the Alps.
The first stop will be at Linderhof Palace, where you'll learn of the history of its creator, Louis II of Bavaria, better known by his nickname - the mad king. This palace, the only one to have been completed whilst the king was alive, is infused throughout with influences from French rococo.
The tour then continues, arriving at Oberammergau, a little Bavarian community, known for its frescoes and the painted façades of its buildings. Here you'll have half an hour of free time, to explore the historic centre.
The final stop will be Neuschwanstein Castle, the castle which inspired Walt Disney to create his very own fairytale castle. The mad king's castle holds endless stories, fables and legends behind its walls.
The tour ends back in Munich around 7 pm.
