2-Day Safari in Amboseli National Park
Day 1
At the designated time, we'll pick you up at the airport or your hotel in Nairobi to begin one of the most special trips of your life. Are you ready for a safari in the Amboseli National Park? Let's go!
We'll drive on a road that connects the Kenyan capital with Amboseli, enjoying the fascinating landscapes the country's natural parks offer. You'll have the African savanna before your eyes! Plus, during the journey, we'll pass through different villages and farms, where you'll see the locals doing their daily tasks.
Once we reach the heart of Amboseli, we'll drop you off at the camping site so you can settle in and leave your belongings. Before starting our safari, we'll enjoy a tasty lunch. Afterward, we'll hop on a safari-type vehicle and start our route in search of the Big Five game. Cameras at the ready?
During our afternoon safari, we'll explore Amboseli and keep our eyes peeled to see the animals that inhabit the park. Groups of elephants, giraffes, cheetahs, lions, buffalos, flamingos… It'll be an amazing experience! Plus, during the safari, we'll have incredible views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
When sunset falls over the savanna plains, we'll return to the accommodation and satiate your appetite with a delicious dinner. See you tomorrow!
Day 2
Once we've had breakfast, we'll start our second day in the Amboseli National Park. On this occasion, we'll go in search of the animals we couldn't see yesterday.
We'll be even closer to Mount Kilimanjaro, and we'll have the chance to continue seeing the fauna of the area, such as zebras, hyenas, and ostriches that roam freely across the plains of Amboseli.
After a 3-hour safari, we'll set off to Nairobi again. Along the way, we'll stop at a restaurant to eat. Finally, we'll reach Nairobi at approximately 1 pm, dropping you off at your hotel or the Nairobi Airport.
Tour Accommodation
During the booking process, you can choose between two types of accommodation:
- Standard camp accommodation: you'll stay at Nyati Camp or a similar camp
- Premium camp accommodation: you'll stay at Amboseli Wildebeest Camp or a similar camp
Animal Sightings
Animals are fairly unpredictable creatures, so we can't promise a sighting. The chances of spotting them depend on various natural and weather-related factors.
