Shopping Trip Details
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Panama City at the designated time and drive north to Colon, where the Colon Free Zone is located. The journey will take us approximately 1 hour. The CFZ, as it's also known, is a huge free zone located near the mouth of the Panama Canal in the Atlantic Ocean.
You'll have 4 hours of free time to explore the commercial streets of the Colón Free Zone at your own pace, browsing its shops and warehouses. You'll find products from all over the world at incredible prices, thanks to the tax-free status of the zone. Perfumes, cosmetics, clothing, footwear, accessories, electronics, and technology. There's something for everyone!
Before leaving you to explore, we'll share our best recommendations and tips to help you make the most of the Colón Free Zone and its shops.
After a morning of shopping in the ZLC, you can recover your strength by eating at your leisure in any of the many restaurants and cafes that you'll find near the main shopping streets.
After an hour of free time for lunch, you can continue exploring the Colón Free Zone in search of the best deals. We'll then begin our journey back to Panama City.
The tour ends back at the hotel after a total of around 8 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
Pickup Info
The tour includes pick-up from hotels in Panama City. If you prefer, we can pick you up and drop you off at one of the two airports in the city, Tocumen International Airport or Marco A. Gelabert International Airport. In this case, please indicate the name of the airport in the "pick-up hotel" section when you make your reservation.
