Beneath the historic Customs House of Porto (Alfândega do Porto) lies the mysterious and magical show of Porto Legends. For 45 minutes, the walls of the underground galleries come to life, revealing the city's most valuable treasure: its stories and legends.
Through an impressive combination of 2D and 3D animations, immersive music, and striking light and color effects, you will experience ten essential legends, narrated by the iconic voices of Pedro Abrunhosa and Jeremy Irons. Don’t miss the chance to discover it!
What Will You See?
In this immersive setting, you'll get an up-close look at the mysteries passed down through generations:
- Legendary tales: From strange creatures and sea monsters to the dramatic sieges, earthquakes, and mysterious shipwrecks that shaped the city's destiny.
- The Treasure of Serra do Pilar: Will you be able to uncover its secrets? Pay close attention to every detail!
- Apparitions: Be careful when walking through the corridors, as it's said that the ghost of the last nun of the Monastery of São Bento still roams the site.
