Tour Details

At the scheduled time, we’ll meet you at your centrally located hotel to begin this private walking tour of Porto. Ready to get started?

Over the course of approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, you’ll have an English-speaking guide exclusively for your group. They’ll share the history of the city of the Douro, its most curious traditions, and, of course, show you Porto’s main sights.

During the walk, we’ll pass by some of the city’s most important and beautiful spots, such as Liberty Square, home to City Hall, the famous Clérigos Tower, Porto Cathedral, and the Dom Luís I Bridge. At any point, you’ll be able to adjust the route according to your interests, making the most of everything Porto has to offer.

At the end of the tour, you’ll have the chance to ask your guide any questions you may have so you can continue exploring Porto at your own pace.

Pickup & Meeting Point

We’ll start the tour from your hotel in Porto, as long as it’s located in the city center. If not, depending on availability, you’ll need to go to one of the following meeting points: the Statue of Vímara Peres or Largo Amor de Perdição, in front of the Portuguese Center of Photography. If this is the case, we’ll let you know the exact meeting point after you make your reservation.

Please note that even if the tour starts at your hotel, the entire visit is done on foot, with no vehicle transport.
