At the designated time, we'll meet at Lípová 1650/8 and, once everyone's together, get this fun culinary experience underway. Ready?
First, your instructor will explain the history of the trdelník, also known as chimney cake. After a short demonstration, it's time to put on an apron and make your own from scratch.
During the class, you'll learn how to knead the dough, roll it into strips, and wrap it around the traditional wooden spit. Once brushed with butter and sugar, it goes into the rotating oven until it turns golden and crisp.
When it's ready and still warm, you can customise it with your favourite topping: cinnamon sugar, vanilla, nuts, or coconut. You'll then get to enjoy it right away alongside a hot drink, with a choice of coffee or tea.
At the end of the session, you'll receive a certificate of participation to remember the experience.
