At the appointed time we'll meet at The Station tourist information center in the heart of Queenstown. We'll board a minibus to learn about the richness of New Zealand's vineyards and the exquisite craft beers produced here.
During the tour, we'll visit three locations around Queenstown and Gibbston, participating in a tasting at each. You'll be able to taste a total of 12 different varieties of wines or beers, depending on your preference. At the last stop of the day, we'll also offer you a delicious appetizer to share consisting of different cured meats, cheeses, pickled products and other local delicacies.
We'll become real experts in wine and beer tasting thanks to the explanations of the driver, who will act as a guide, as well as the videos that will be shown during the minibus transfers. We'll learn how to identify all the nuances of wine and beer and discover why the grapes grown in these lands have properties that differentiate them from those of the rest of the world.
Not to mention, this tour will give us plenty of opportunities to marvel at the beautiful natural landscapes surrounding Queenstown. We'll also approach the Gibbston Valley, border the Kawarau River and admire extensive vineyards as we travel from one location to another. You won't be able to stop taking photos!
After a four-hour route, we'll conclude the beer and wine tour back at the starting point.
