Discover Rotterdam’s unique design with our professional architect guides and immerse yourself in the city’s alluring charm with this walking tour. You will visit such emblematic places such as the Markthal market and the Erasmus bridge.
We meet at 10 am at Centraal Station in Rotterdam, in the heart of the city. From this iconic landmark, we start our guided tour of the main monuments of this important port city.
Our first stop will be the commercial area of Lijnbaan, the modern shopping area of the city. In the vicinity, we will encounter the incredible ‘pixillated’ Timmerhuise, which appears to sway in the wind, and the amazing ‘Markthal’ indoor market, which resembles a spaceship.
During the tour, you will learn all about each of the innovative buildings that we visit on this tour of this charismatic city. We will walk along the banks of the Maas river and we finish at Rotterdam’s most symbolic monument: the famous Erasmus Bridge. The tour will end at 12:30 pm.
All of our providers comply with local legislation and applicable health recommendations regarding protective material and safety to help avoid the spread of Covid-19.
