San Sebastián + Biarritz + Bayonne Tour
We'll leave San Sebastian at the appointed time, and about 45 minutes later we'll arrive in the beautiful town of Bayonne, in the French Basque Country.
We'll take a tour of this medieval town, known for being the place where King Charles IV and King Ferdinand VII of Spain signed the abdication in favour of Napoleon Bonaparte.
We'll visit the Grand Bayonne district, where you'll find the Saint Mary's Cathedral, the Château Vieux, the Port Neuf, the Town Hall, the Halles market and the Petit Bayonne and Saint-Esprit bridges.
After discovering Bayonne we'll head to Biarritz, located in the French department of Pyrénées-Atlantiques. We'll enjoy a tour that will allow us to discover the main attractions of the city, famous for being an important surfing destination. We'll walk along the promenade and see the Casino, the Hotel du Palais, the Grand Plage, the Port des Pecheurs and the church of St. Eugenie, among other highlights.
We'll then return to San Sebastian, where we'll leave you between an hour and an hour and a half free for lunch. Afterwards, we'll go on a walking tour of San Sebastian. We'll walk through the old part of the city, where you'll find the Basilica of Nuestra Señora del Coro, the Town Hall and the port.
Finally, we'll finish the excursion by returning to the starting point, where we'll arrive approximately eight and a half hours after the start time.
