Everything was great, the guide was very kind and friendly, but I'm giving it 3 stars not because of the guide but because of Civitatis, because I paid more money for a "private" tour and there were many people on my tour, and when I asked them, they told me they paid for the basic tour and well, that's not fair, I feel ripped off, but by Civitatis.

We really liked the treatment of the guide, Orlando, he knows a lot about history and has a lot of tact and knowing how to be. It is true that we felt cheated, they charged us more than 100 euros for doing the activity privately and finally another couple came. The funny thing is that for them it was a free tour! And they only gave the tip!! In addition, we tipped... I think Civitatis should reimburse us for part of the excursion Opinion translated. Show original.

We contracted the visit for 2.30 hours. Delay of 10 minutes for the guide at the meeting point, after 1.45 hours he told us that the visit was over and after our complaint he continued for a while longer but in no case 2.30 hours. We paid 112 euros for a visit that we know can be had for half the price, hoping it would be something special. Surprise when they tell us that the visit does not include the cathedral because we had already seen the royal houses!!!! Regrettable, not recommended, a scam

Translate this opinion into English.
