Nefasta, surrealista, para solicitar la devolución del importe pagado. Sta.Cruz: Mercado Recova(solos)a Plaza Isla Madera(explicaciónes sin rigor,no menciona el Teatro Guimerá).De aquí a Plaza Mayor y autobús(solo dijo que estabamos en la plaza mayor cuando le pregunté.Vergonzoso. La Laguna:Plaza Adelantado(explicaciónes sin rigor) y nos manda solos para ver (por fuera) la catedral y la Concepción.Vuelta a la plaza del Adelantado y fin de La Laguna De Anaga no recuerdo si fuimos o nó. Nefasto.

Muy mal organizado. Se saltaron el programa. Nos recogieron en Puerto de la Cruz y nos levaron a Sta Cruz sin guía, allí se subió con gente de otro autobús , nos dejó 50 minutos libres en un mercado, un breve paseo por una calle del pueblo hasta una plaza, otra vez autobús por el valle de Anaga unas tres horas para parar en un mirador 10 minutos, llegamos a la Laguna y nos dan una hora para comer y ver el pueblo solos, la guía no vino con nosotros. Se montó en otro bus y vuelta al Puerto solos.

O passeio foi um pouco corrido, não dá tempo de ver as atrações com calma... A guia turística falava baixo e não se preocupava em ver se os integrantes do grupo estavam acompanhando. Haviam pessoas de mais (50 no total) e apenas uma guia turística.

El transporte entre las zonas a visitar fue adecuado. Las explicaciones in situ fueron excesivamente escuetas, además la guía no llevaba micrófono y apenas se le oía. Para cuando llegamos a donde ella estaba en un par de ocasiones ya estaba con la versión en inglés. Las explicaciones en el autobús fueron más correctas. En la Laguna la explicación fue en el autobús, se nos guió hasta el restaurante y ya. El restaurante recomendado daba raciones a precio razonable y cantidad abundante.

Transportation between the areas we visited was adequate. The on-site explanations were excessively brief, and the guide didn't have a microphone and was barely audible. By the time we got to where she was, she was already using the English translation a couple of times. The explanations on the bus were more accurate. At Laguna, the explanations were given on the bus, we were guided to the restaurant, and that was it. The recommended restaurant offered reasonably priced and generous portions.

Recogida puntual, pero no por el guía, ya que viene en otro grupo y luego se unen en la primera parada. El tiempo libre de compras al principio hace que luego debas llevar el bulto durante toda la excursión. El autobús no tenía aire acondicionado, así que te sofocabas dentro. El guía hizo un esfuerzo por hacer todo ameno y se disculpó por el calor dentro del bus. Bastante tráfico en la zona de montaña, lo que retrasó el viaje. Por lo demás, todo bien. Bellos lugares y muy bien conservados.

A excursão é muito boa, principalmente a ida e o almoço em Taganana. A única parte menos boa foi a visita a Santa Cruz de Tenerife, foi uma visita muito rápida e o guia, simplesmente, deixa-nos andar sozinhos lá, sem explicar nada. Penso que podiam incluir a passagem pela praia de Las Teresitas era mais interessante

La guía Chantal muy buena. La excursión es interesante y se pueden ver paisajes espectaculares. El único problema es que se pierde mucho tiempo unificando grupos y con el tiempo libre de Santa Cruz. Corrigiendo eso la excursión sería mucho más dinámica
