I loved the tour, we were in a group of four and beside history of the Teotihuacan pyramids, we also tried Pulque and mezcal, we went to a taste cacao and drank cacao based drinks and even did a workshop to do our own chocolate. The only weird thing was that we were a group of three women and one man, and the guide was only talking to the man. When any girk did a question he answered to he man too, we found that weird but the tour in general was okay.

O tour com Ale foi excelente. Quando reservamos, a descrição era de um tour em português, o que não foi possível devido a um imprevisto de última hora, reportado pela agência após o pagamento. O dono da agência entrou em contato, garantiu a qualidade do passeio e concedeu uma extensão de tempo em compensação do tour em inglês/espanhol. Ale's tour was excellent. When we booked, the description stated it was in Portuguese, which wasn't possible due to a last-minute unforeseen event reported by the agency after payment. Teotihuacan was incredible. Amazing scale and a marvel to take in the huge pyramids and surrounding temples etc. our guide Elio(? Not sure on spelling) was excellent - extremely knowledgeable on the history of the site aswell as Mexico culture. I learnt a great deal on both topics and really valued his flexible style and way to explain the histories of Mexico. The only disappointment was that you are now unable to climb any of the large pyramids - this should be explained prior.

We paid for a 4 hour tour and the tour lasted 2 1/2 hours. We were introduced to the mezcal, tequila and stones outside the periphery of the pyramids. J felt like our guide was disappointed we did not purchase anything. J would have preferred that time spent with more information about the area. He also told us the museum was closed, and it was not. The amount we paid for a 4 hour tour and what we received was unfortunately not worth It. We were both disappointed.

Aunque hubo un problema con el sistema del lugar y nos costo un poco entrar (en absoluto fue culpa del proveedor del tour), nuestro guia Ivan fue muy profesional y no perdio tiempo para contarnos la historia del lugar. Una vez dentro fue muy profesional y agradable. La verdad que lo recomendamos enormemente.
