We’ll meet at the specified time in the central Yonge-Dundas Square to board the coach and begin this unforgettable Christmas tour of Toronto. As we travel along the most iconic avenues of Ontario’s capital, a local guide will share fascinating stories and interesting facts about the city’s Christmas customs and traditions.
During the first part of the journey, we’ll head to the iconic Nathan Phillips Square to admire the famous Cavalcade of Lights display. There, we’ll take in the imposing silhouette of the Old and New City Halls, the bustling ice rink and the gigantic Christmas tree, fully illuminated by thousands of festive lights. A true Christmas wonderland!
Next, we’ll head to the historic Distillery District, a charming area where 19th-century industrial brick architecture is enveloped in a magical atmosphere with warm lights, monumental decorations and a fairytale winter ambience.
The tour will continue to the exclusive neighbourhood of Yorkville, where you’ll witness a display of elegance in the Christmas window displays of its prestigious boutiques and along the festively decorated avenues of Toronto’s most sophisticated area.
Before we finish, we’ll walk through the heart of the financial district to admire the imposing skyscrapers reflecting the night-time lights during this special time of year.
We’ll finish the tour back at the starting point about 1.5 hours later.
