He tenido que con muy mala suerte utilizar el seguro por primera vez en mi vida y solo puedo dar las gracias. Cogimos la opción de 30 días de viaje, desgraciadamente me han pasado varias cosas. Tuve una infección de oído, tuve una caída en unas rocas en la playa para evitar meter la cabeza en el agua y por último TUVE EL DENGUE. Estuve ingresada en un hospital por 4 días. Reserve seguro de viaje, y lamentablemente si lo necesite, me dio temperatura por una infección respiratoria, y me contacte con el seguro pedí porfavor q me enviaran un médico al hotel ya q llovía y por mi condición no podía salir, también pedí de favor si me mandaban un médico q hablara español, ya q estábamos en Francia, y si llegó el doctor directamente a mi habitación. No hubo necesidad de utilizarlo. Era un seguro de viajes , no una excursion o actividad. Deben ser mas especificos para asi poder dar una opinion sobre el servicio seleccionado. . Como una recomendacion adicional, deben de incluir a Puerto Rico en su lista de paises . La unica opcion que aparece es Estados Unidos y aunque somos territorio, no resido allá. Gracias.

Hice muchisimos free tour en 23 días algunos x horario que me cambiaron de llegada aviones trenes tuve q cancelar pero todos espectaculares. Y el único que pague para ir a Granada la guía me dejo abajo del bus hable con civitatis directamente y mandaron un taxi para sumarme al bus y no perder el Tour ya pago. Contrate un seguro y lo necesite y nunca pude comunicarme, no te dan información ni un teléfono a donde comunicarme si ocurre algun accidente y al final a como pude encontré un teléfono a donde llamar y que estaba en fuera de horario de atención

Tuve que ir a emergencias en Corea del Sur por una alergia, y desde el seguro me dijeron que me hiciese cargo del pago y que luego me lo reembolsarían. Hice la reclamación del siniestro al día siguiente, y ha pasado un mes y sigo esperando noticias por parte de la aseguradora (Mana Siniestros e Intermundial Seguros, que es el tomador). He llamado ya 3 veces y siempre me dicen que mi solicitud está aceptada y que en pocas horas me asignarán a una persona para que se haga cargo de mi caso.
