At the time of booking you can choose from three different menus. In all cases, a sommelier will explain the different nuances and peculiarities of the wines you will be tasting. 

Menu with 5 Spanish wines

This menu includes a flatbread with mozzarella and vegetables, glazed marlin lobsters, veal saam with chimichurri, Iberian tataki of daggerboard and cheesecake. All this will be accompanied by a pairing of 5 Spanish wines.

Menu with 5 international wines

The menu includes cod and red pepper croquettes, a flatbread with mozzarella and vegetables, cheese board, veal saam with chimichurri, beef gourmet burger and cheesecake. The lunch or dinner will be paired with 5 international wines.

Premium menu with 8 wines

If you choose the Premium option, you'll have cod and red pepper croquettes, a flatbread with mozzarella and vegetables, steak tartar of Galician blonde beef, veal saam with chimichurri, glazed marlin lobsters, sea bass tiradito, Iberian tataki of daggerboard and homemade cheesecake for dessert.

In addition, this menu includes a wine pairing with eight glasses of wine.
