Advantages of a private tour

When you reserve a private tour you will have a professional guide just for you and your companions. If you are a part of a large group you will also save money.

Zurich Private Walking Tour

We will start this private walking tour by visiting Niederdorf, the historic center of Zurich. In this part of the city, we will head down Bahnhofstrasse, one of the most expensive streets in the world due to its numerous luxury shops.

We then head to Paradeplatz square. This square has one of the highest property rental prices in Europe. Here you will find the headquarters of all the major Swiss banks such as UBS and Credit Suisse.

Only five minutes from Paradeplatz is Fraumünster Church. We will walk around the exterior grounds of this medieval building and admire its famous stained glass windows designed by artists Augusto Giacometti and Marc Chagall. We then head to the nearby church of St. Peter which has the largest tower clock face in Europe.

After admiring the architecture of St. Peter we will take a walk along the shores of Lake Zurich. As we explore this stunning setting, you will hear some fascinating facts about the wildlife and nature of this environment.

Our private tour of Zurich finishes back at the same point from where we started.

You choose the starting point

We will start and finish the tour at your hotel or another point in the center of Zurich, depending on your choice. Please bear in mind that if we begin the route from your hotel, it may be necessary to take public transport to reach the historic city center. If this is the case the transport ticket is not included in the cost of the tour.

Important information.

During our private walking tour around Zurich, we will not enter any museum or monument which requires payment.
