We had Ronaldo as our guide. You get to experience the local community of coffee and cocoa growers and learn more about the process. Despite what the website says, this tour is only offered in Spanish and English. I was charged more to take it in a different language which never happened and I am still waiting for an answer to get the difference refunded.
