The excursion began early in the morning, when we were picked up from our hotel at around 7:20 a.m. Right from the start, our guide, Iman, impressed us with his friendliness and his ability to speak several languages, including English, Arabic, Italian, and French. Our driver, Ali, was equally professional and attentive, and together they formed an exceptional team throughout the entire day. Although the tour was originally supposed to be conducted in Spanish, that was not the case for us.
