Very nice of the office to accept us and guide us to the Pantheon personally before our window closed because we were late. They went above and beyond and we very much appreciate it!
It was a very thorough tour. We did struggle a little with understanding what the guide was saying at times due to the Italian accent, and the quality of the headphones was not very good. Apart from that though - it was a very informative and interesting tour into areas we probably would not have ventured into otherwise. The guide was excellent at keeping my 7 year old son's attention and involvement.
Very good, the guide was really fun and told us a lot about Rome. One star less because sometimes was difficult to hear and sometimes was lowering the tone of voice skipping words. Except that amazing tour.
