After meeting your guide on the coast of Bahía Drake, or Drake Bay, you'll climb aboard a boat for the cruise over to Isla del Caño. This paradise virgin island, covered with lush vegetation, is one of the most beautiful protected natural areas of Costa Rica's southwestern coast.
Having reached Caño Island, you'll get ready for your snorkelling experience, putting on your goggles, flippers and breathing tube. Splash into the sea, where you'll enjoy two dives in the sparkling shallow waters of the Pacific. These activities will take place at a chosen location, taking into account the ocean currents and the weather conditions of the day.
Through the lenses of your snorkelling goggles, you'll see incredible marine creatures native to these subtropical waters: from rays to different species of fish. At the end of your underwater adventure, you'll return to Bahía Drake by boat.
Normally, the snorkeling activity will begin at 7 am, and we'll return to Drake Bay around 1 pm. However, these times can vary depending on the weather and the sea. Therefore, we recommend that you have the whole day free.
