Akumal Bay + Cenote Jaguar Tour
Description
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Cancun between 6:00 and 6:45 am, and then we'll set off to Akumal Bay.
Once there, we'll change into snorkeling gear to explore the rich biodiversity on the seabed of this bay. This beach is home to three different sea turtle species, coral fish, stingrays, and many other surprising animals.
After that, we'll hop back onto the minibus and set off to our next destination. During the ride, we'll have time to unwind and eat a sandwich to recharge.
Then we'll reach Cenote Jaguar, one of the many natural pits located under the surface of the Yucatan Peninsula. Before taking on this extraordinary grotto, we'll put on protective gear and we'll be ready to go in!
We'll start our walk down a winding path until we reach a pool of clear water surrounded by limestone formations. The average water temperature is 25º C (78º F), so it's perfect for a swim. Feel like taking a dip?
Lastly, we'll head back and drop you off at your hotels in Cancun 5 hours after initial pickup.
