Não valeu o que custou. Barco desconfortável, não nos forneceram pés de pato para mergulhar. Não há peixes, o coral está morto. Nos levaram num mergulho dizendo que havia estrelas do mar, só tinha uma morta para o fotógrafo fazer as fotos. Dinheiro jogado fora. Não recomendo a ninguém.

Il tour a Cozumel è molto bello: mare spettacolare e le nostre guide erano molto brave. La logistica può essere migliorata, soprattutto la parte del traghetto, dove è molto facile perdere il gruppo. The Cozumel tour was very nice: the sea was spectacular, and our guides were very good. The logistics could be improved, especially the ferry portion, where it's very easy to get lost. Nos vinieron a buscar a la hora acordada. El guía se limitó a dar tickets de ferry y decir dónde nos encontrarnos y comer. Subimos a una embarcación a hacer la excursión, vimos dos arrecifes (estuvimos 25min en total), el cielo (donde esperábamos ver más estrellas y donde estuvimos 15min) y la playa del cielito (estuvimos 45min). En total de tiempo que estuvimos en el agua no tiene nada que ver con lo descrito. Precio exagerado para la actividad que es. Mejor hacerla por libre.

They picked us up at the agreed-upon time. The guide simply gave us ferry tickets and told us where to meet and eat. We boarded a boat for the excursion. We saw two reefs (we were there for 25 minutes in total), the sky (where we expected to see more stars and where we were there for 15 minutes), and Cielito beach (we were there for 45 minutes). The total time we spent in the water was nothing like what was described. The price was exaggerated for the activity. It's better to do it independently.

Cozumel nos gustó mucho, tanto la actividad de snorkel en el arrecife como el Cielo y Cielito, donde pudimos ver muchas estrellas de mar y mantas raya. A esta parte le pondría excelente. Pero la logística estuvo pésimamente organizada. Nos recogieron del hotel con una hora de retraso sin explicación y nos devolvieron al hotel muy tarde, después de dejar a todos los asistentes en sus hoteles como si nos hiciesen un favor. No recomiendo este touroperador pero sí la actividad.

We really enjoyed Cozumel, both the snorkeling activity on the reef and the Cielo y Cielito activities, where we saw many starfish and manta rays. I'd give this part an excellent rating. But the logistics were poorly organized. They picked us up from the hotel an hour late with no explanation and returned us to the hotel very late, after dropping everyone off at their hotels as if they were doing us a favor. I don't recommend this tour operator, but I do recommend the activity.

La actividad es brutal pero la organización ( Mostrando México ) no estuvo a la altura de las circunstancias , nuestra impresión fue que quisieron realizar el tour a toda costa a pesar de que el clima no era el oportuno reduciendo una actividad que debía haber empezado a las 10 y lo hizo a las 14 h. De 9:45 a 14 h estuvimos deambulando por Cozumel sin hacer nada y pagando el tour completo. El tiempo de tour que pudimos realizar en el cielo y cielito fue brutal gracias a los trabajadores del barc

The activity was amazing, but the organization (Mostrando México) fell short. Our impression was that they were determined to run the tour despite the unfavorable weather, cutting short an activity that should have started at 10:00 AM but didn't begin until 2:00 PM. From 9:45 AM to 2:00 PM, we wandered around Cozumel doing nothing, despite having paid for the full tour. The time we were able to spend on the Cielo and Cielito tours was fantastic, thanks to the bar staff.
