Tulum and Coba Tour
Tulum and Cobá are perhaps the only two archaeological sites that can hold a candle to Chichén Itzá, the former a paradise on the Caribbean coast and the latter hidden in the heart of the jungle.
Tulum and Coba Tour
We'll pick you up from your hotels between 7 and 8:30 am to head south and begin a guided tour of the Tulum archaeological site. We'll start by visiting "El Castillo", the most spectacular building in Tulum. In this walled city, the Mayas placed a strategic lighthouse that guided the ships that sailed the Caribbean. After the visit, you'll have about 45 minutes of free time to explore the area.
Our next stop will be the Mariposa cenote, where we'll be able to take a swim and meet a shaman who will perform an authentic Mayan ceremony for us. Afterwards, you'll have the chance to taste the natural cocoa and honey produced in this area of Yucatan. They're absolutely exquisite.
After this incredible cultural experience, we'll take a break to have a delicious lunch. With our strength regained, we'll go to discover the secrets of the Mayan site of Coba.
From its base, we'll marvel at the most famous monument of Coba: Nohoch Mul, the highest Mayan pyramid of the Yucatan. The guide will tell you interesting details and incredible stories about this remarkable historical landmark.
Afterwards, you'll have free time to explore some more around the Mayan ruins of Coba before we head back to Cancun. Arrival at your hotel is scheduled between 6:30 and 8 pm.

This trip includes hotel pickup from the following areas in Cancun: city centre, hotel area, Costa Mujeres, and Puerto Morelos. If your hotel is not on this list, we'll give you a meeting point for pickup.
