For transfers beginning at the airport, you should indicate the time at which your flight is due to arrive. The same goes for cruise ports and train stations: you should indicate the planned arrival time.
For transfers from your hotel, you should indicate when you would like to be picked up. That doesn't mean the flight time, rather the time you would like to be collected.
For shared transfers, orders may be modified by the provider. Should this be the case, we will contact you to confirm the rearranged time.

We had to wait a long time for the driver to meet us. We had 1 small child 1 older and we paid for a transfer to make life easier straight from the airport. The driver had sent a WhatsApp message saying where to go in the carpark to meet him but we were already on the flight so we didn't receive it. We waited at the collection point in arrivals and had to phone the company to see where he was. With tired children more waiting around was stressful.
We have confirmed that the service was provided in a timely manner. However, due to capacity issues, the car could not wait for you where usual. We are sorry if you were able to see the notice in time. We are glad to hear that, after this, the service could be provided without any problems.
