Yo lo llamaría paseo de las tres palmeras, que son las que había. El personal que te recibe cero amabilidad y cuando no quisimos consumir, mala cara. Se salvan los trabajadores dd los camellos, muy atentos. No lo recomiendo. Debe ser mucho mejor (y mas barato) el paseo de las dunas.

I'd call it a walk of the three palm trees, which is what there were. The staff who greeted you were utterly unfriendly, and when we didn't want to eat, they were grim. The only exceptions were the drug dealers, who were very attentive. I don't recommend it. The dune walk must be much better (and cheaper).

No me gusto que no me concretasen una hora exacta de la excursión. Ponía a las 9:00 y me llamaron a las 8:50 diciéndome que a las 9:45 era el comienzo, perdímos 1h esperando para nada, deberían de tenerlo mas controlado. We had a brilliant day out. We were picked up bang on time. We were warmly welcomed & met some birds & goats then some donkeys & a baby camel who we fed, he was super cute. My daughter who is 8 loved him. Then we had a ride on the camels for about an hour. We then had a delicious tapas lunch & enjoyed homemade goats cheese. A great day out we would highly recommend the camel ride tour

Bonjour, très satisfait par cette balade en chameau, et par toute l’activité en elle même, guide et organisatrice très accueillant et sympathique, un très bon moment passé au camel safari Park, par contre, très gros point négatif sur le transport, récupéré à un arrêt de bus devant un hôtel, nous avons était amené puis ramené par un fourgon du Park, hors le chauffeur de celui si libère sa passion chevronné des rallye et roule parfois jusqu’à 2 fois la limitation de vitesse, dangereux ! Estuvo genial! Nos explicaron muchas cosas (y divertidas) de las plantas del jardín. El show fue muy divertido y el paseo genial, se portaron muy bien los dromedarios. La comida de la barbacoa muy rica. Y lo mejor de todo la gente tanto del sitio como los que íbamos allí fueron geniales con nosotros. Se portaron muy bien. El camino de ida y vuelta en autobús fue emocionante (no apto para mareos) pero el conductor era una máquina y se notaba su experiencia! Quedamos encantados

Desde que realizamos la reserva, nos quedamos sorprendidos. Al elegir el punto de encuentro (entre los posibles que hay) y especificar en el hotel donde nos hospedados (Palm oasis) enseguida nos llamaron para darnos un nuevo punto de encuentro más cercano. Un 10 por está atención con nosotros. Te recogen y te llevan al valle. Allí, el Tour por la finca es en varios idiomas. Muy amena la "verborrea" de Juan. Elegimos barbacoa. Todo muy rico y cantidad buena. Imprescindible.

La experiencias de montar en un DROMEDARIO ( aunque ellos ponen camello)es muy divertida. Pero he de puntualizar que siendo ellos españoles deja de lado a los turistas españoles y les dan más valor a los turistas estranjeros ( por el idioma en las explicaciones). Además el circuito del jardín botánico no es nada interesante. Y por último hacer la misma ruta para cubrir la hora del paseo en dromedario cansa.

El personal es amable. La excursión es correcta. A mejorar; Complicado lo de las recogidas en los diferentes puntos por la mañana (tal vez el grupo era muy grande y disperso). Y pequeño descontrol en la verificación de lo contratado en algunos casos. Pero probablemente por el tamaño del grupo y las pocas consignas dadas previamente antes de llegar al lugar. Excursión recomendable... pero mejorable en cuanto al rigor.

Podrían cada día hacer la excursión con el mismo idioma ya que en nuestra excursión éramos pocos pero de distinto sitio y se dedicaron e explicárselo más a los de fuera que a los españoles,cuando comienzas a subirte a los camellos una vez subidos no te hacen fotos con tu móvil porque hay un señor haciendo fotos individuales para así tenerlas que comprar

Paseo entretenido y por un bonito paisaje. A mejorar la coordinación (tiempos de espera, comentarios opuestos entre monitores...) y, quizá, la gestión de los tiempos, porque algunos apenas tuvimos 20 minutos para la comida que ya llevabamos contratada (nos apuraron en exceso porque después tenían más paseos).

La experiencia de montar a camello sí que fue divertida. Pero todo lo de alrededor no. Estábamos citados a las 9 y llegamos unos minutos antes de las 9, pero luego resultó que no daba comienzo hasta las 10. Explicaciones con poca gracia y un personal poco profesional en lo que a atención al público se refiere. Son indicaciones, sin vayan ustedes por aquí o pasen hacia allá, sin apenas bienvenidas ni tampoco despedida

The camel riding experience was fun, but not everything around it. We were scheduled for 9 and arrived a few minutes before 9, but it turned out that it didn't start until 10. The explanations were not very funny and the staff was not very professional when it came to customer service. They were just directions, without you going this way or going that way, with hardly any welcome or farewell.
