If you're a thrill-seeker, you'll have a blast when you go abseiling at the Trillizos Volcano with us! We'll descend into the crater from a height of almost 500 feet and venture into the heart of the Galápagos Islands!
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel on Isabela Island and take you to the Trillizos Volcano. Let's go on an adventure!
When we get to the volcano, we'll hop out of our vehicle and hand out all the equipment you'll need to go abseiling. Afterwards, we'll give you some instructions on how to use the equipment safely. Once we've learned how to use the material, we'll head towards the crater.
We'll start abseiling down the rock face from a height of 492 feet (150 meters) above sea level. As we make our way down, we'll discover the beauty of the volcano, its colors and the petrified lava flows that were formed over a period of thousands of years. Rocks, domes, underground tunnels? Welcome to the heart of the Galápagos Islands!
Once we're back on the ground, we'll return to the starting point, where we'll say our goodbyes after a total of 4 hours.
