Tenía una reserva para ver las ruinas de la fortaleza de masada, subiendo en teleférico y cuando hemos llegado hasta allí estaba cerrado. Unos operarios estaban trabajando allí, pero desde el 25 de agosto, por lo visto, esto estaba cerrado al público y ya se sabía que no se podía acceder de ninguna manera. Está excursión la contraté explícitamente para ver Masada y me vuelvo a mí país sin llegar a conocerlo. Creo que sería justo el reembolso de parte del dinero invertido en este tour. Saludos

La experiencia en el Mar Muerto genial, hay duchas y chiringuito de playa, te puedes llevar una toalla y salir de allí limpio. La excursión a Masada no nos ha gustado mucho, la verdad es que las ruinas son muy diáfanas y hay poca cosa realmente visible. El guía lo ha hecho muy bien, pero Masada es lo que es actualmente, no es nada espectacular. Las visitas fueron interesantes y Martin el guía era muy bueno. No fue buena la comunicación previa a la excursión, pues hicimos unas preguntas y no nos contestaron. No te avisan del lugar al que te van a llevar a comer. El restaurante era HORRIBLE y CARÍSIMO (un bocadillo o shawarma costaba 14€), el peor shawarma que comimos en todo Israel, no lo pudimos ni comer así que nos quedamos sin comer. Lo mejor llevar tu propia comida de casa.

The visits were interesting and Martin the guide was very good. The communication prior to the excursion was not good, because we asked some questions and they did not answer us. They do not tell you where they are going to take you to eat. The restaurant was HORRIBLE and VERY EXPENSIVE (a sandwich or shawarma cost €14), the worst shawarma we ate in all of Israel, we couldn't even eat it so we didn't eat. Actividad muy interesante y que contó con un guía estupendo. Lo único mejorable es el procedimiento de la salida pues la excursión empezó casi 90' después de la hora prevista: retraso desde Tel Aviv, reunión en un punto de la ciudad para reorganizar varios autobuses...

Creo que la visita a Masada fue corta. No pudimos acceder a las terrazas escalonadas del palacio de Herodes ni a la gran cisterna. Para nosotros la visita más importante era Masada. Otro aspecto a mejorar es el tema de la comida. Paramos en el restaurante donde paran todos los grupos, es un caos, el guía no te informa de nada, y encima tienes que comer rápido. Agustina bilingue nos recogió. Habló solo en Inglés. Ni siquiera dijo que debíamos cambiar de bus. Lo adivinamos, y seguimos en español con Alejandro. Excelente guía. El paso por el Mar Muerto muy corto. Con una hora más lo hubiéramos disfrutado. Para regresar, nos dividieron entre Tel Aviv y Jerusalem. Regresamos con Agustina nuevamente, quien habló solo en Inglés, habiendo contratado un tour en español y nos perdimos los datos de la cultura religiosa de Jerusalem, porque nos ignoró.
