The activity was fantastic, well-organized, and our guide Milton was a true professional. He was attentive at all times, and even though we didn't speak English, he helped us every step of the way. We also brought a translator so as not to interfere with the activity, which was conducted in English. Opinion translated. Show original.

Maravilloso!! Translate this opinion into English.

Very enjoyable, entertaining, and exciting. Our guide, Carola, was excellent in her explanations and the pace of the visits. It was an unmissable experience to take the cable car up and the train down from Mount Pilatus, it's worth experiencing!! And afterwards, a beautiful and relaxing boat ride on Lake Lucerne. Wonderful!! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

An activity that everyone should do if they travel to Switzerland. Lucerne is a charming and magical town, but knowing what awaits you 7000ft above is really the icing on the cake. Andrea, the guide, was attentive to the group at all times, and tried to connect with each one of us. Her kindness and affection are worth mentioning. As well as being very lucky with the weather, a spectacular day and a wonderful view of the Alps; A 10 for the organization! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

This is a very complete activity. It is a circular route that leaves from Lucerne by bus, goes up to Mount Pilatus by cable car and comes down by rack railway to return by boat. At the top you have time to climb several peaks. Monika was an excellent guide. She signed us all up and was attentive and helpful to everyone, asking us about our impressions and giving us personalized information. A lovely person. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was great. The only drawback and it is not a criticism but a bit of bad luck when we were at the top the down train broke down and we were left wanting to try the rack railway. Of course, the fantastic guide and the organization knew how to change our itinerary quickly so that we didn't miss the boat excursion, so a 10 for the organization. Otherwise fantastic views at the top of Mount Pitus. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The excursion is quite worth it, it is amazing and by going in a group you avoid the lines to get on the different transports. Once you arrive at the first stop you have two hours free and you have time to do some activity, including eating or walking or simply enjoying the landscape, which is amazing. The guide told us the essentials in Spanish but little else, her attitude was quite passive. Lovely driver, Yusef. Opinion translated. Show original.
