The guide was going too fast and wasn't paying attention to the group. I had to stay behind so the older tourists wouldn't get lost. At the end of the tour, she and the driver were selling water to the tired group. A couple got lost, and the guide had to go looking for them. It took more than 20 minutes. Don't go with Julia Travel for Toledo; you'll waste your time and money.

Translate this opinion into English.

The city of Toledo is very picturesque, with beautiful views, but we couldn't appreciate them because the bus stopped almost at the end of the scenic route. I suggest the company review this. Another problem was that I booked the morning tour because it included a visit to the Cathedral, but we only went outside, so they didn't deliver what they promised. The guide, Aitana, told us several things about Toledo but was distant with the group; it seemed she was just trying to get the tour done. It's an expensive tour for what they offer.

Translate this opinion into English.

We regret that your experience wasn't quite what you expected. Indeed, the selected half-day morning tour does not include entrance to Toledo Cathedral. This visit is only included in the afternoon and full-day tour options, as detailed in the activity information. Regarding the panoramic tour and your experience with the guide, we have taken note of your feedback to review with our team and continue improving our service. Opinion translated. Show original.

The guide was a kind, knowledgeable, and wonderful person. But the tour seemed poor for the price they charge.
