Day Trip Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your chosen meeting point in Marrakech and set off on this trip to the Agafay Desert. A true journey to paradise without straying too far from the city!
After a comfortable 40-minute drive, you'll arrive in Agafay without the long road journeys that other Moroccan desert destinations require. Along the way, you'll also get to admire the ever-changing landscape of the region, from the majestic mountains to the desert dunes.
Once we've arrived in Afagay, we'll stop off at a campsite located among the dunes. There, you'll have some free time to take a refreshing dip in the pool. The perfect place to combat the heat of the desert. You'll be able to enjoy the tranquillity of the desert while taking in the stunning views of the Atlas Mountain Range. An unforgettable experience!
At midday, we'll meet at the restaurant at the campsite to enjoy a feast of Moroccan flavours. We'll enjoy delicacies from fresh salads to aromatic chicken tajines and sweet desserts. Dig in!
After lunch, we'll use our time to explore the desert. For this, you'll be able to go on a 30-minute-long camel ride and enjoy taking an hour-long quad bike tour for 2 people of the golden dunes of the Agafay desert.
Once we've finished these activities and the sun has begun to set behind the horizon, we'll return to Marrakech, after around 6 hours together.

Want a More Relaxed Option?
If you'd like to experience the Agafay Desert in a more relaxed way, you can book the option that includes only the dune camp stop with pool and lunch. In this case, the tour runs for the same 7 hours as the other options, but you'll spend the whole day at the camp while the rest of the group takes part in the other activities.
This option is ideal for families or for those simply looking to switch off without any adventure activities.
