After a four-hour journey, we'll arrive at our destination. There, we'll board a ferry that will take us to the island of Samosir. Along the way, we'll enjoy spectacular views of the volcanic landscapes surrounding us. A truly impressive sight!
Once we've disembarked, we'll make our way to the village of Tomok, where the tomb of King Sidabutar awaits us. Did you know that this is one of the oldest royal tombs of the Batak people? As we admire the typical architecture here, we'll talk about the origins of these indigenous Indonesian cultures.
