Melbourne Alternative Walking Tour
At the scheduled time, we'll meet in the Golden Reserve next to Gordon's memorial statue to set off on this alternative tour of Melbourne.
To begin our tour, you'll find out all about Melbourne's origins and the influence of the Gold Rush on this fascinating city. Afterwards, we'll set off on our tour, exploring secret laneways, admiring graffiti and street art as well as entering hidden bars and secluded restaurants. In the laneways we'll pass Melbourne's iconic arcades that date back to the Victorian period.
We'll also walk through Chinatown and stop at a cafe to enjoy a local coffee or hot chocolate. Afterwards, we'll pass the Old Melbourne Gaol jail before heading to a pub to enjoy an authentic Aussie beer.
The tour will end three hours later between Franklin and Swanston streets.
