For transfers from your hotel, you should indicate when you would like to be picked up. That doesn't mean the flight time, rather the time you would like to be collected.
For shared transfers, orders may be modified by the provider. Should this be the case, we will contact you to confirm the rearranged time.

Enviamos un mensaje al operador por si había problemas por tráfico debido a cortes de calles y nos respondieron que nosotros habíamos concertado ya la hora del traslado y que realizarían el trayecto. Nos pareció una respuesta secante. El conductor nos pidió el bono a pesar de que en la reserva de civitatis dice "Para realizar el traslado no es necesario presentar ningún bono"
