We'll start our day after picking you up at your hotel or the Muscat port. Ready for a day of adventure in Omani nature?
After a 2-hour journey in an off-roading vehicle, we'll cross the town of Tiwi, nestled among mountains and trails with vast crops. We'll reach Wadi Tiwi, which you'll see with its characteristic ocher-colored landscapes. Once there, we'll provide a safety and instructions chat for the abseiling and canyoning experiences.
When we're geared up with the necessary material, we'll walk toward the point where we'll abseil for 1 hour through the waterfalls of the area, which range from 22 to 52 ft (7 to 16 m) tall. We'll slide down rock walls polished by river waters while the serenity of this secret site in northern Oman envelops us.
After abseiling, we'll continue with 1 hour of canyoning at another strategic point of the wadi. We'll jump between limestone rock formations—agility and an adventurous spirit are needed! The setting will offer magical corners and landscapes where the silence is interrupted only by the water.
Tired? To reward your efforts, you'll have 1 hour of free time to relax and enjoy the natural pool of Wadi Tiwi. You'll calmly admire its turquoise waters surrounded by giant cliffs. Here, you can swim and sunbathe with total freedom.
Afterward, we'll walk for 1.5 hours to the vehicle to start our journey back to Mascate. Along the way, we'll stop at a restaurant for you to enjoy a lunch with traditional flavors from the region. Bon appétit!
Finally, after 10.5 hours, we'll say our goodbyes at your hotel or at the Muscat port.
