Tables and Seating
During the booking process, you can choose one of the following tables:
- Zone B: the area furthest from the stage
- Zone A: the tables in the centre of the tablao
- VIP Zone: the seats closest to the stage

Refreshment Options
If you wish, you can also add one of the following extras to enjoy during the show:
- A drink
- A vegetable paella menu: includes salmorejo with EVOO, Spanish omelette, vegetable paella, and carrot cake.
- A meat paella menu: includes salmorejo with ham and EVOO, Spanish omelette, Iberian pork and mushroom paella, and blueberry cheesecake.
- The Alma Menu: includes a small glass of gazpacho, acorn-fed Iberian ham, two varieties of semi-cured Mahón cheese, Iberian pork loin, Iberian salchichón sausage, Iberian chorizo sausage, Spanish omelette, duck foie gras mousse, and Cantabrian anchovy toast.
- Vegetarian menu: includes piquillo pepper hummus with carrot sticks, mango and avocado salad with seeds, raisins, spelt sticks, and walnuts. For dessert, you'll have tofu and chocolate mousse with walnuts and red berries.
