Cross the Channel for a full-day excursion to London from Paris by high-speed Eurostar train and discover UK’s capital city on a scenic cruise along the River Thames and on a sightseeing hop-on hop-off bus tour.
Full Day Trip to London
The day-trip begins in the Gare du Nord station at 7:30 am, where you'll take the Eurostar to London at 8:07 am. The train arrives in St Pancras at 9:36 am.
Upon arrival in London, you’ll have nearly 10 hours to explore the capital of the United Kingdom at your own pace. The excursion includes a fantastic one-day ticket for the official London City Tour Bus “ Golden Tours” and a relaxing sightseeing cruise down the River Thames.
The Golden Tours bus offers tourists three routes and 80 stops, where you can hop off and on as many times as you want. Some of the most popular stops are: Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Tower of London, The London Eye, Buckingham Palace, St Paul’s Cathedral, Hyde Park, Tower Bridge and Piccadilly Circus.
The train back to London departs from St Pancras Station at 7:05 pm and arrives in the Gare du Nord at 10:20 pm.
Please keep in mind that there is a one hour difference between Paris and London, so make sure to adjust your watch when you arrive in London, so you don’t miss your train. For example, if it is 8 am in Paris, it is 7 am in London.
It is mandatory to bring your valid passport (or ID card for EU citizens). Some nationalities require a visa to enter the United Kingdom. Please check here to see if you need to apply for a visa.
