Dinner at the Argentine Experience

Between 7 and 7:15 pm, we'll pick you up from your hotel in central Puerto Iguazú and drive to The Argentine Experience restaurant, just a few minutes away. Are you ready for a wonderful culinary experience?

This eatery has caught the attention of the world's media such as The New York Times, and you're about to discover it for yourself! The Argentine Experience is much more than just a dinner and you'll notice this as soon as you pass through the door.

The experience will begin between 7:30 and 7:45 pm, when we'll start mixing a tasty cocktail. Next, you'll learn how to prepare some traditional Argentinean empanadas by using the repulgue technique with a gourmet filling. After these initial preparations, you'll have a typical picada snack with provolone cheese, slices of chorizo with cider reduction and a delicious pork matambre.

The best bit comes next! You'll taste a 250-gram loin of beef that's been cured for 24 hours. There are also vegan, vegetarian and celiac options available. While you enjoy your dinner, the guides will share some fun stories and facts about Argentinean culture, such as the famous hand gestures. Your dinner will also be accompanied by carefully selected wine pairings

For dessert, you'll have some delicious alfajores, which combine biscuits, dulce de leche, chocolate fondue and grated coconut in a perfect blend. You'll then learn how to make mate, which is Argentina's national tea. After this gastronomic experience has finished at 10:30 pm, we'll take you back to your hotel.
