We loved it; I think visiting this national park is a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I wanted to mention our guide, Jessalyn. Our flight was delayed, and we almost missed the tour, but they were in constant contact with us and helped us make it happen. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity didn't take place. We were given the option to change to another activity, which we chose, but they gave us very little notice. Furthermore, the weather wasn't suitable for that type of activity. The guide wasn't very friendly to all the participants.

Our activity was cancelled due to bad weather. They offered us alternative activities that didn't interest us, and we felt pressured into accepting them. When we refused and wanted to return to the hotel, they didn't help us arrange our return trip and were quite unpleasant to us.

The tour was amazing. A cave full of life (if it weren't for the water it would be Batman's cave). There is a tour with an audio guide in Spanish, which is much appreciated. IMPORTANT NOTE: It is better to take the tour without the extras, since they offer them there directly. In total they offer three things (two zip lines and a walk along a river with snakes and everything is very cheap) Opinion translated. Show original.

It was great, just one point to improve in the organization of the groups for the different activities. That is, if someone does an additional activity, the rest of us don't have to wait. Otherwise everything perfect. Guide and driver very attentive and friendly. Opinion translated. Show original.

The underground river is beautiful, one of the seven natural wonders of the world, a must visit when you are in Palawan. Also, in the activity you visit a kind of cave and when you go up to the top you go down on a zip line, very cool, I really liked it. The food is included and is buffet with typical Filipino food, also very rich Opinion translated. Show original.

The tour was supposed to start at 6:30 and we were picked up at 8:15. The visit to the river was good, but they hardly leave time to see the surroundings (beach, monkeys, etc.). There is no alternative activity if you do not do the extra zip line activity; you have to wait in the van until those who hire it separately finish the activity, which is a waste of time.
