What an amazing tour. Fillip was very very engaging and full of information. We learnt so much about the area and went into places we didn't think we could ie The Rose Room in The Library. We would definitely recommend this walking tour.
We loved Francesca's tour', was verry well documented and interesting,,joyfull and whith verry good mood. We are telling everybody to ask for Francrsca, it's a vverry ,verry nice tour. Congrats!

I would also like to thank Civitatis for highlighting this tour when the similar event in La La Laguna was cancelled earlier that morning. When everything works, customer service isnt tested, it’s how you deal with the situation when things go wrong that makes the difference.
