Único problema, ármate de paciencia, 4 horas o más del viaje son recogiendo y dejando personas en sus hoteles, quizás tuvimos la mala suerte de ser los primeros, pero subimos al bus a las 6:50 y salimos a las 9 para Angra Do Reis. Excursión muy simple. La guía solo acompaña, no da ninguna información del lugar de interés . La comida muy básica, no entra la bebida y es al final del recorrido, por lo k pasas hambre. El baño del barco pésimo, ni siquiera podías lavarte las manos. Barco escandaloso musica muy alta, con el único fin de tomar bebidas. No lo recomiendo, por lo menos con civitatis.

En la reserva supuestamente nos iban a buscar en el lugar impuesto a las 0646 de la mañana, y no llegaron, y no se comunicaron hasta las 0750. Nos mandaron un Uber a buscarnos y nos acoplaron a otra empresa. El bus era un desastre, por que el baño del mismo tenía un olor horrible y la puerta no cerraba. la excursion de Angra me la cancelaron desde el operador local a los minutos de confirmarla por Civitatis. Reclame y luego de esperar bastante, me confirmaron para el dia siguiente El pick up en la web de Civitatis indica posible el Windsor Marapendi y no fue posible, tuve que ir por mis medios hasta Ipanema para la recogida. El voucher indica almuerzo incluido y mas abajo que no esta incluido, es todo muy confuso y poco claro, no siendo practico para el pasajero, teniendo que gastar extras no calculados

Todo correcto, salvo que tras recogernos en Barra de Tijuca nos llevaron hasta Copacabana para buscar a clientes en 4 hoteles más. Luego dimos la vuelta para pasar otra vez cerca de Barra camino a Angra dos Reis. En total más de 4 horas para llegar al puerto. Si hubieran recogido primero a los clientes de Copacabana, y luego a nosotros el viaje se hubiera acortado casi en 2 horas. Esta claro que alguien no sabe planificar las rutas. Por lo demas, correcto: guia y conductor, y personal del barco

Paisajes hermosos como nos tiene acostumbrado Brasil. La guía Raquel muy muy bien. Pero la excursión en sí es larga desde la costa de Río son más de 3 hs en bus casi son tránsito. La actividad estuvo bastante bien. Hubieron retrasos de parte de la empresa y tuvimos mucho tiempo esperando en la fila para subirnos al barco e iniciar la excursión. El horario pautado para recogernos era a las 6:30am y nos pasaron a buscar 50 minutos después. Cabe destacar que los lugares para recoger son bastante limitados, te hacen moverte de tu hotel, por ejemplo, nosotras nos quedamos en el centro, hacia otros puntos, a nosotras nos hicieron ir hasta Copacabana para irnos a buscar.

El tour en si esta muy bien, la guia atenta a explicar el itinerario, las playas visitadas muy lindas. Por otro lado, la musica del barco por mentos demasiado alta, personalmente al visitar un ambiente tan hermoso y natural, me hubiera gustado un poco mas de calma. A su vez da verdadera pena el estado de suciedad de playas en Brasil, esto es general no solo en este tour. Pero vimos hasta grasa de los barcos flotando en el agua.
